Abstract

The safe transportation of lithium batteries and electrical appliances with these energy storage devices is subject to complex requirements and many legislative restrictions. Take the opportunity to get a well-founded overview of the regulations from dangerous goods and waste law as well as battery and electrical law. Take part in two conference days on January 22 and 23, 2020, to get in direct contact with the relevant authorities and discuss with leading representatives from the waste management, battery, automotive, aviation, transport, logistics, packaging and trade sectors. On two seminar days on January 20 and 21, 2020, we are offering five different seminars to impart practical knowledge for the implementation of the regulations. Beside the practical seminars on lithium batteries in road traffic, lithium batteries in sea and air transportation there is a seminar on the diagnosis of lithium batteries and one with a focus on storage and fire protection.
